Using VPSie Support is a straightforward process that requires a few steps. Here are the steps to use VPSie Support:
To access VPSie Support, go to the VPSie dashboard and click on Support located in the top right corner of the screen.
To create a support case, begin by selecting your preferred support plan. Once you have chosen a plan, simply fill out the fields with your information to proceed.
Support Subject: Brief description of the issue or topic for which support is required.
Related VPSie: The Virtual Private Server (VPS) associated with the issue or support request.
Category: The type or category of the support request, such as software, hardware, network, etc.
Priority: The level of urgency or importance of the support request.
Issue Details: Detailed explanation of the issue or problem being faced, along with any relevant information.
Add Attachments: Option to upload any relevant files or documents that may assist in resolving the issue.
After you have finished filling out the required information, click on the Create Support Case button to generate the case.
After creating a support case, the VPSie customer service executive will typically respond to the case within a short time frame, usually within a few hours. The response will typically include an acknowledgement of the case, along with an estimated time frame for when the issue will be resolved. If additional information is needed from the customer to resolve the issue, the service executive will request that information in a timely and professional manner. Throughout the support process, the customer service executive will keep the customer informed of any updates or progress made towards resolving the issue. Once the issue has been resolved, the our executive will confirm with the customer that the issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
