There is a network issue in Los Angeles that is affecting many customers. One of the carriers advertising our IP scopes is flapping and causing internet routing to fail – We are switching to another carrier and working on affected carrier to stop advertising our scopes.
Resolution of this issue is currently our top priority, and our engineers are currently working on it.
There’s currently no ETR, but we’ll keep you updated as this progresses. — RESOLVED
Update: Issue is now resolved however we keeping it under monitoring for the next few hours.
All our senior engineering staff are available to investigate if any client still encountering an issue.

Investigating a network degradation detected on LA location with one of the peering carriers.
Possible Service Impacting. _ Could cause some intermittent degradation for some clients.
Our team is currently investigating and mostly will remove affected carrier until stablized.
