Two ways to run VPSie. One platform.

VPSie runs the same cloud in our regions or in your data center. Pick the one that fits how you work.

Public cloud

Deploy in VPSie infrastructure

Launch VMs, Kubernetes and storage in VPSie regions. Pay as you go, with nothing to install or maintain.

  • Ten regions on four continents
  • Ready in minutes from the control panel or API
  • Pay only for what you run

Private cloud

Run the platform in your environment

The same cloud on hardware you own or lease, inside your facility. Your data stays within your walls and your country.

  • Your hardware, network rules and identity
  • Agentless import of your existing virtual machines
  • Resell it under your own brand

Who runs what

Public and private cloud use the same platform. The difference is how much of it you own.

Bring your existing virtual machines, one at a time.

VPSie imports virtual machines from ESXi hosts without installing anything inside them. It converts the disks and adds the drivers for you, so you move at your own pace.

  1. Connect your ESXi host

Register it once. The password is encrypted at rest and never shown again.

  2. Pick the VMs

VPSie reads each VM’s CPU, memory, firmware, disks and network cards, and flags anything to check first.

  3. Import

Nothing is installed inside the guest. Disks are converted and VirtIO drivers added for you.

  4. Boot on VPSie

The VM starts in the region you chose with your plan, IPs, private network and backups. Each VM is off only for its own import.

Region, image, size. Deploy.

Pick a region, an image and a plan, then watch the server come up. This is a simulation of the control panel; nothing is created.

    Questions about public cloud

More answers in the FAQ and the service level agreement.

    How am I billed?

Prepaid and by the hour. You add credit to your account, and servers draw from it as they run. 15 days of credit unlocks a plan.

    Are stopped servers charged?

Yes. A stopped server still holds its resources, so it is billed until you delete it.

What happens if my credit runs out?

You get reminders first. If the balance is not topped up, servers are shut down and then removed, so keep an eye on your credit.

    What does the SLA cover?

99.99% network and infrastructure uptime, with a 20% service credit for every three hours of downtime. See the full service level agreement for details.

    Are snapshots free?

Yes. Snapshots are free to take.

    Is DNS included?

Yes. DNS hosting is free, including reverse DNS (PTR) records.

    Can I get a refund?

No. Credit is prepaid and non-refundable, so add what you plan to use.

    Is there an API?

Yes. Everything in the control panel is in the REST API, authenticated with a client ID and secret.
